牙槽骨缺损不同材料修复后对正畸牙移动的实验研究 被引量:4

Effects of alveolar defect repair by Perioglas and HPPA on the orthodontic tooth movement: an experimental study

摘要 目的:了解大鼠牙齿在牙槽骨缺损修复区的移动情况,并比较2种不同修复材料充填缺损的牙槽骨和正常对照侧在牙齿移动距离上是否存在差异。方法:选择44只Wistar雌性大鼠,随机分为倍骼生充填组和羟基聚磷酸钙钠充填组2组,每组22只,于上颌一侧第一磨牙近中造成牙槽骨缺损,按组在缺损区分别填入2种材料(倍骼生和羟基聚磷酸钙钠),另一侧作为对照侧。待术后12周在40只大鼠上颌双侧安装正畸加力装置牵引上颌第一磨牙近中移动,于术后20周测量上颌第一磨牙近中移动距离并行统计学分析。结果:40只大鼠两组(2种材料)修复侧和正常对照侧第一磨牙近中移动距离差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:修复牙槽骨侧(2种材料)均可以进行正畸牙齿移动,修复侧(2种材料)的牙齿移动距离与正常对照侧无显著差别。 Objective: To observe the movement of rats' molars at the area of defective alveolar bone filled with Perioglas and Hydroxyl poly calcium sodium phosphate (HPPA). Methods: Forty-four female Wistar rats with alveolar bone defect were randomly divided into two groups: Perioglas and HPPA groups. Orthodontic appliances were fixed to draw the maxillary first molar after 12 weeks. Distances of maxillary first molar movement were measured after 20 weeks. Results: Movement distances of the first molar were not significantly different between the Perioglas group and the normal contralateral group or between the HPPA group and the normal contmlateral group( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The rats' teeth can be moved with orthodontic force at the alveolar bone filled with Perioglas and HPPA, and there were no significant differences of the movement distance of a tooth in the side filled with materials and in the contralateral side.
