摘要
推行学分制是高等学校教学管理制度的创新，是高等教育主动适应经济社会发展和人的全面发展的需要，在改革传统学年制培养模式的同时，也逐渐形成班级淡化、年级淡化的趋势，本文据此探讨如何在学分制的背景下，有效的开展团学活动。
Advancing credit system in university and college is not only a creativity of teaching management system, but also the necessity that higher education adapt to economic and social development and people＇s all-round development. So we should weaken the class and grade and reform the traditional academic year system. Then this thesis discusses how to carry out Chinese socialism Youth League learning action under the credit system.
