探讨了图书馆核心价值及使命与学科馆员的关系,对学科馆员的自身信息素养及能力进行了分析,并就图书馆如何有效地使用和管理学科馆员提出了看法。
This paper probes into the relationship between the core value and mission of the library and the librarians, analyzes on the librarians＇ information literacy and ability, and puts forward some opinions on how the library to make effeetive management and utilization of the subject librarians.
