本文详细介绍了图形点阵式液晶显示模块WGM-12832原理及其控制器ST7920的指令系统,具体阐述了WGM-12832与单片机AT89S51的硬件接口电路和软件编程方法。采用点阵式液晶显示模块,使硬件结构简单,软件易于维护和扩展,实现了交互式菜单显示和图文并茂的人机界面效果。
The principle of graphic dot matrix liquid crystal display module WGM-12832 and the instruction system of controller ST7920 were introduced in detail. The hardware interface circuit and the soft design between WGM-12832 and singlechip AT89S51 were expatiated concretely. Using graphic dot matrix liquid crystal module made the hardware structure simpler and software easier maintenance and expansion. The man machine interface with interface menu display and better combination of graphic and text was implemented.
