摘要
随着网络技术的发展,以及网络规模的不断扩充,如何评价网络性能成为研究人员特别关注的问题。因此,为了使网络能够高效地应用,需要用一种网络仿真工具来设计、分析和验证比较各种网络的性能。本文详述了OPNET网络仿真软件的主要特性及其网络层次建模机制,利用OPNET网络仿真技术设计了Aloha和CSMA协议的网络模型,并利用OPNET软件仿真证明在任何信道流量复合下,CSMA协议都表现出比Aloha协议更加优越的性能。
With the development of the networks and its expansion in application scale, how to estimate the performance of networks becomes a hot problem among researchers. Hence, in order to apply the networks in high efficiency, it is necessary to design and validate a kind of software for networks simulation to compare with the performance of different kinds of networks. This paper expatiated on the chief performance of OPNET and its network hierarchical model mechanism. The design and simulation of two models of networks-Aloha and CSMA according to OPNET was fulfilled. The experiment results indicate that CSMA protocol has better performance comparing with Aloha.
