摘要
利用80％乙醇溶液沉淀样品中的多糖，再用碱性二阶铜试剂选择性的沉淀具有葡聚糖结构的多糖，采用苯酚-硫酸比色法进行多糖含量分析，结果表明：方法在10～200ug／ml范围呈良好的线性关系，其相关系数为0．9986，平均回收率为93．2％．本法简便、准确、重现性良好．
Using first many sugar that 80% ether aqua precipitate sample inside, trying with alkaline two more rank copper a precipitayes to have the sugar of optionally structural and many sugar. The polysaccharide＇ s content was determined by the colorimetric with sulfuric acid and phenol. Results show that the method was liner at the rang of 10- 200ug/mL, the related coefficient to be 0.9986, the average was 93.2% .The method was simple, accurate and reproducible.
