摘要
介绍了便携式油罐参数测试仪的工作系统及电路设计。它是以短波吸收为机理,测量油罐中原油的液位、油水界面以及油中含水率等参数的一种仪器。该仪器分为一次表(探头)和二次表两部分。仪表的整个检测过程由电磁波发生器产生稳频、恒幅的电磁波向介质中辐射,通过检测器检测出介质对电磁波能量的吸收,然后再进入信号处理、鉴别,最后把处理完的信号分别输出给含水率指示表和蜂鸣器。该仪器在大庆、辽河等油田使用表明,具有适用性强,测量准确,可防爆、防潮、耐腐蚀等特点。
This article introduces the work system and circuit design of the portable oil storage tank parameter testing metetr. It is a meter to measuring liquid level of oil,oil-water interface and water cut in oil in storage tank etc. The meter is devided into two parts: the primary meter (detector) and the secondary meter. The whole test course are as follows: the electromagmetic waves generator produces stable frequency,the constant width electromagnetic waves are radiated into the medium,testing out the energy absorbing of the electromagmetic waves of the medium by tester,then entering signal processing and identification and finally transferring the signals processed to the water cut indicator and buzzer. The meter has been used on Daqing, Liohe oilfields and shows that it has a strong adaptability, accurate in measurement, and has explosion-proof,moisture-proof and anti-corrosion advantage etc.
