摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。采用色谱柱为C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-乙酸(70∶28∶2)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长315nm;柱温25℃。结果表明,马兜铃中马兜铃酸A同其他成分分离度良好。线性范围:0.21-0.61μg。平均回收率为97.50%。该法简便快速,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于测定马兜铃中马兜铃酸A的含量。
To establish a HPLC method determination the content of Aristolochie acid A in Aristolochia debilis Sieb. Using phenomeneX C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid(70 : 28 : 2) ,the flow rate was lml. min. the detection wave length was at 315nm; The column temperature was 25℃. The content of Aristolochie acid A in Aristolochia debilis Sieb had a good linearity in the range of 0.21-0.61μg. The averagee recovery was 97.50% . The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used as method of assay the content of Aristolochie acid A in Aristolochia debilis Sieb.
