摘要
针对交流电机常用起停控制装置存在的不足,介绍了一种高压交流电机液阻软起停控制系统的构成、工作原理、性能特点及其应用。阐述了 PLC 应用软件设计方法,绘制了控制过程流程图。实践证明,系统结构简单,技术新颖,经济实用。
To the problems of in common use the start-up and stop control devices of alternating current machine, this paper introduces the composing, working principle, function characteristics and application problem research for soft start-up and stop control system of a kind of high voltage alternating current machine liquid resistance. Designing method of the PLC application software is expounded, draw the control processing flow chart. The system with the simple construction, the novel technique and the practical economy is proved by practice.
