摘要
目的对30岁以下青年女性乳腺癌的病理类型及影响预后的相关因素进行探讨,为指导临床治疗提供依据。方法对郑州大学第一附属医院乳腺科从2000年1月-2005年12月间收治的1680例乳腺癌进行统计分析。结果30岁以下青年女性乳腺癌发生率为7.2%;多数为浸润性非特殊类型;肿瘤分期较晚,淋巴结阳性率高。结论青年女性乳腺癌有较强的侵袭性,病情发展快,腋窝淋巴结转移高,预后不良。
Objective To investigate the pathological types and correlation factors that affect the prognostic of breast cancer under 30 years of age, and to provide the bases for clinical therapy. Methods 1680 cases of breast cancer came form the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2000 January to 2005 December were analyzed in this study. Results The incidence rate of breast cancer of female under 30 years of age is 7.2% ; And the pathologic types mostly is infiltrating carcinoma of no special type; the stage of the tumor is late and the rate of lymph nodes metastases is high. Conclusion The breast cancer of young women is more aggressively, the carcinoma developed quickly,the rate of axillary lymph nodes metastases is high and the prognosis is bad.
