摘要
位移传感器在径向的安装结构是否合理,直接影响磁悬浮电主轴的控制精度。探讨了位移传感器在磁悬浮电主轴中几种不同的安装方式,并设计了一种新的安装结构。实验证明:该结构设计合理、工作可靠。
The installation of radial position transducer in active magnetic bearing has direct effect on the accuracy control; this paper approached the different installing methods of radial position transducer and designed a new installing method. It was proved in practice that this structure has a reasonable design and works safely.
