摘要
鸣山大枣,果大,质脆甜,品质极优,被列为国家名优品种。因母树仅有一株,且根孽极少,接穗有限,所以难以迅速繁殖推广。本试验应用组织培养的方法拟提高它的繁殖系数。从1983年开始,对基本培养基,激素,无机成分,有机营养等因素进行了大量的研究。筛选出:H_94是鸣山大枣发芽、生根适宜的培养基,繁殖系数可达3,单芽年繁殖量在50万株左右。H_(66-1)是发丛生芽的适宜培养基,繁殖系数为4,年繁殖量可达1677万株以上,将对鸣山大枣的繁殖推广起重要的作用。
The Mingshan big jujube is a famous native variety of jujube in China. Because there is only one maternal plant in China, with less root shoot and limited scion, the speed of its propagation is very slow. The purpose of this experiment is to increase its propagation rate using tissue culture technique. The results showed that H_(94) was a suitable medium for Mingshan big jujube. The propagation coefficient was 3 and the propagation amount reached approximately 500 000/y from one bud. Another suitable medium was H_(66-1), which could promote the growth of fascicular bud. Its propagation coefficient was 4, and the propagation amount reached 16 770 000/y from one bud.
