摘要
问题式学习法(Problem-based learning,PBL)是国外新兴的一种教学模式。重症监护病房(Intensive care unit,ICU)所收治的患者病种多样、病程典型,为PBL的开展提供了良好的临床教学环境。ICU的住院医师具有一定的基础理论、基本技能和自学能力,对复杂的危重病患者又有非常强烈的探求知识和解决问题的欲望,特别适合开展PBL。PBL教学法有利于培养住院医师分析问题和解决问题的能力、自学能力、批判性思维、团队精神和交流能力。
Problem-based learning(PBL)is one kind of educational models emerging overseas nowadays. Patients in intensive care unit (ICU)are critical and complicated, which has provided the fine clinical teaching environment for the PBL teaching method. Resident in ICU who has the certain basic theory, skills and can study independently, specially suits to be taught by PBL. The PBL teaching method is advantageous both to raising residents' abilities to analyze and solve problems and study independently and to cultivating their critic thought, the team spirit and intercommunication ability.
