未来电子学与测量技术的量子性质

摘要 提出量子力学原理的运用将使电子学和计测技术发生根本性变革。人类控制和驱动单个原子、电子的时代已经来临。传统的无线电工程师必须回到基础科学上来。 This paper is concerned with application of quantum mechanics in electronic and measurement techniques. Today, because of the rapid improvements in semiconductor technology, the quantum devices are much smaller than classical IC. Quantum computer have also been made by the IC using quantum effects. Because of the developments of science and technology, we can be drived the single atom or electron, therefore the human availablity increase should be large. Quantum noise seriously limits the sensistivity and accuracy of the electronic and measurement techniques in the future. And so, the wireless engineers are go back to science!
