摘要
采用聚碳硅烷 (PCS)转化法在不锈钢基板上制备 Si C陶瓷涂层 ,研究了 PCS浓度、预氧化处理、裂解温度和升温速率对涂层的影响。结果表明 ,较低的 PCS浓度 ,预氧化处理 ,慢的升温速率能得到致密的涂层 ,涂层显微硬度较基板提高 6 0 %以上。
In the paper Si- C- O coatings on stainless steel were prepared via repeated dip- coating ploycarbosilane (PCS,Mn=1 30 0 ) in toluene followed by pyrolysis under N2 atmo- sphere.Dense coatings were obtained by carefully controlling the weight concentrations of PCS in toluene,pyrolysis temperature and ramping rate,and conducting infusible treatment prior to py- rolysis.The surface microhardness with coating was enhanced over 60 % compared with that of the substrate.
