摘要
揭示了sialon块体材料的变温氧化机理,建立了变温氧化的定量氧化模型,并用此模型拟合β-sialon-Al2O3材料,O'-sialon-ZrO2-SiC材料和β-sialon-15R材料的变温氧化行为,所得结果与前人的实验结果符合得较好。结果表明:该模型能较好地定量描述sialon在变温氧化过程中氧化分数和温度及升温速率的关系,对预测sialon的氧化行为有一定的理论指导作用。
The oxidation mechanism of sialon under non-isothermal conditions is described. Based on this mechanism, a new model for predicting the oxidation mass gain vs temperature and heating rate was established. The application of the new model to practical systems of β-sialon-Al2O3, O'sialon-ZrO2-SiC and,β-sialon- 15R show that the results of this model are in accordance very well with the reported in literatures. Therefore it can be used to accurately predict the nonisothermal oxidation behavior of sialon and will play a useful role in theoretical discussion.
