摘要
采用综合热分析技术,通过分析TG-DSC曲线,研究了矾土在空气气氛下莫来石晶化动力学过程.采用X射线衍射仪对试样进行了物相分析,经数据处理,结合Kissinger方程,得到了不同升温速率下莫来石晶化动力学的3指数:活化能E=853.608±2.15 kJ/mol,表观指前因子A=1.19×10^35s^-1,反应机理函数f(α)=(1-α)^1.09~1.26,生矾土矿的莫来石晶化温度为980~1 002 ℃,晶化反应为一级固相反应.
The non-isothermal mullitization kinetics of the bauxite from Chenxi County, Hunan Province of China is investigated under the atmospheric condition with the instrument of thermal analysis. By analyzing the TG-DSC curves, the mullitization kinetic triplet value is obtained with the Kissinger methods. It is found that the activation energy E=853. 608±2.15 kJ/mol, the pre-exponential factor A = 1.19×10^35/s^-1, the mechanism functions f(α) = (1 - α)^1.09~1.26, and the mullitization temperature ranges between 980 and 1 002 ℃. It is also found that the mullitization reaction is a first order solid reaction.
