摘要
从提出中国高等教育发展与改革面临的前沿问题入手,论述科学发展观对中国高校发展的意义和作用,由此确定中国高校发展战略选择的基本原则、设计框架和战略系统以及如何坚持科学发展观统领高校发展的问题。
Started from the front issue of the Chinese higher college education＇ s progress and reformation, the paper discusses the role and significance of the scientific development view on the Chinese higher college progress, based on which such issues have been determined as the basic prineiples, designing frame, strategy system and the way of guide the progress with the scientific development view
