摘要
采用抽样调查形式对石河子市居民支付水费情况、居民对水价的经济承受能力和心理承受能力进行了调查分析;利用水资源价值模糊数学模型对该市水价进行了计算,给出了该市居民生活用水价格范围。分析表明,在该市居民经济承受能力和心理承受能力均较低的情况下,水价的制定应该遵循公平和效率的原则,采用分阶段逐步提高和阶梯水价的方法。本研究结论为制定城市水价改革方针政策、提高水资源利用效率提供帮助。
Using the spot check to investigate Shihezi citizen with their expend for living water and their acceptance ability in income and psychology to the price level of the living water, the living water price was evaluated by fuzzy math-model in this paper, and an approximate water price level was obtained. The analysis indicated that the acceptance ability of Shihezi citizen to the living water price is lower, the water price policy should be fair as well as efficiency, and the living water price should be raised gxadually staggered. This research is helpful to draw up the price policy for municipal living water and to advance the water resource use efficiency.
