摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜在老年人胆囊疾病手术中的应用及主要并发症的处理。方法回顾分析我院2000年1月～2006年12月收治的258例老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的临床资料。结果258例中116例并存（45％）1种以上内科疾病，254例顺利施行LC，4例中转开腹，死亡2例，肝外胆管损伤1例。结论老年人可耐受LC，充分的围手术期处理，仔细的手术操作，及时中转开腹是成功的关键。
Objective To expoler the application of laparoscopy in gallblader disease of the aged and the handling of major related complications. Methods Retrospective analysis of 258 cases of LC clinical data between january 2000 to december 2006. Results Among 258 cases, 116 cases（45%） has more than one kind of internal medicine disease.254 cases were successfully operated,4 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy, bile duct injury in 1 case,2 cases died. Conclusion With sufficient perioperative treatment,carefully handling in operation, laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe for aged patients.
