摘要
我国构建和谐社会为外企创造了良好的社会外部环境,外企的完善发展也为和谐社会的构建提供了有力支持,但也存在着一些问题,如环境污染、非法经营、偷税漏税、员工权益受到侵害及企业内部存在矛盾等问题。因此,特提出解决上述问题对策:(1)推动外企履行社会责任;(2)引导外企重视环保问题;(3)使外企构建和谐劳动关系;(4)要求外企遵守法纪法规;(5)建立和谐的企业文化。
Constructing the harmonious society in China creates a good external social environment for foreign--investment ventures. At the same time, the development and perfection of foreign--investment ventures provides strong support for constructing the harmonious society, which, however, arouses such problems as environment pollution, illegal management, evading taxes, infringing employees＇ rights and benefits and the contradiction inside the venture. Aiming at those problems, such treatments are advocated as promoting foreign--investment ventures to perform social responsibility, guiding foreign--investment ventures to stress environment protection, making foreign-- investment ventures construct harmonious labor relationship, forcing foreign--investment ventures to observe the law and disciplines and establishing harmonious enterprise culture.
