摘要
建立健全企业效能监察绩效评价体系,衡量效能监察工作成效,优化企业管理、完善考核机制是提高经济效益的重要举措。要保障其健康有序的进行,必须建立组织领导工作机制,明确考评标准,严格考评程序,并与奖励惩处等环节形成一个完整的评价体系。通过定量和定性分析,对效能监察成果进行客观、公正、科学地评价和适当奖励,是促进效能监察工作,调动纪检监察工作人员工作热情和积极性的有效方法和途径。
The important measures to increase economic efficiency include constructing a sound evaluation system for supervising enterprise efficiency, measuring the achievements of efficiency supervision, optimizing enterprise management and perfecting the checkup mechanism. To guarantee these measures to be taken healthily and orderly, we must build a leading mechanism, make assessment standards clear and be strict with assessment procedure to form a complete evaluation system together with such links as reward and punishment. The objective, just and scientific evaluations of the achievements of effectiveness supervision and pertinent rewards are effective channels and methods to promote the supervision of discipline inspection and arouse the enthusiasm of working personnel of discipline inspection
