摘要
从定义供应链企业和客户对交货期要求的估计概率入手,在时间敏感需求条件下,以单位时间预期收益最大化为目标,构建了供应链企业基于额外费用的交货期相关定价模型;然后,分析了模型的最优性,并给出了相应的最优决策策略;最后,通过数值算例,分析了模型参数对最优策略的影响,指出供应链企业在竞争中如何采用额外费用相关定价策略。
Different estimated probabilities of requirement for lead time between customers and supply chain firms were defined. Based on time-sensitive demand, a premium-based model of lead time-contingent pricing model was introduced which was aimed to maximize the expected profit. Then the superiority of the model was analyzed and the optimal decision-making strategies were put forward. Finally, the impact of parameters on optimal decision was discussed by numerical example, and how to use the strategy of premium-based lead time-contingent pricing in competition was also suggested.
