摘要
东北老工业基地的振兴主要依靠三支力量:国有经济、外资经济和民营经济,其中民营经济的发展起到至关重要的作用。文章阐述了民营经济的重要性以及民营经济发展中存在的主要问题,并提出促进民营经济发展的措施。
The revival of northeast old industrial base depends on three main forces： state-owned economy,overseas invested economy and private economy, among which private economy plays a more important role in the course of revival. The article explains the importance of private economy and the existing problems in private economy, and points out the methods of accelerating the development of private economy.
