摘要
对引种于云南省普文县的9个葡萄柚品种的果实性状进行了比较,分析表明:含糖量一般,平均含量为5.49%;酸含量较高,平均值为1.20%;维生素C平均含量26.43 mg/100 mL;可溶性固形物含量平均值为8.7%.采用“合理-满意度”和多维价值理论合并规则,以参评品种的可溶性糖、可滴定酸、维生素C 3个因子作为评价目标,对9个葡萄柚品种果实进行综合评价,初步确定了适宜在试验区及其周边地区栽培的优良品种.
The characteristics of 9 Citrus paradisi cultivars introduced into Puwen County, Yunnan Province were comparatively studied. The results showed that the average sugar contnet in the fruit of these cuhivars was 5.49% ,which was on the common level. The average acid content was 1.20% , which was higher than that of contained in the local cuhivars. And the vitamin C content was 26.43 mg/100 mL,the content of soluble solid materials was 8.7%. Taking the contents of the soluble sugar,acid and vitamin C as 3 target evaluation factors, the comprehensive evaluation on the fruit quality of the 9 introduced cultivars was made by means of the rationalization - satisfaction indices integrated with multi - dimensional value theory. Some of the cultivars were set suitable to be cultivated around the experimental plot and its peripheral areas.
