摘要
目的了解茂名地区医疗卫生机构检验人员艾滋病相关知识的认知现状,为进一步开展艾滋病培训和防制工作提供参考。方法随机抽取茂名市辖区内县级以上医疗卫生机构100名检验人员进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查,对问卷资料进行分析。结果大部份检验人员对艾滋病基本知识的认知较差,正答率达80%以上的仅占56%,对国家防制艾滋病的相关政策了解也不够,接受培训的机会也欠缺,但对于艾滋病有正确的态度。结论应进一步加强对茂名地区检验人员艾滋病相关知识的培训工作。
Objective To evaluate the cognitive status of AIDS-related knowledge among medical laboratory workers in Maoming area, and provide the information for further training of laboratory workers for the prevention of AIDS. Method Questionnaire type of survey was conducted in 100 medical laboratory workers randomly selected from the medical organizations of county-level or above in Maoming area. Result The basic knowledge of AIDS is insufficient in most medical laboratory workers. Only 56% of respondent can correctly answer 80% of the question. Opportunity to receive training is rare, and the understanding of the national policies on AIDS prevention is also insufficient. In spite of the lack of opportunity in training, all respondents aware the disease of AIDS. Conclusion Training should be provide to the medical laboratory workers in order to strengthen their AIDS-related knowledge.
