摘要
目的探讨脑室镜辅助下脑室—腹腔分流术治疗脑积水的手术护理配合要点。方法回顾性总结分析2003～2005年33例脑积水患者在脑室镜辅助下脑室—腹腔分流术的手术配合体会。结果术后随访1～12个月,33例患者无1例出现并发症,无感染的发生,无分流管梗阻现象出现。结论做好充分的术前准备,正确、合理地使用脑室镜,熟练的手术配合是手术成功的重要环节。
Objective To investigate the nursing experience in ventriculoperitoneal shunt for hydrocephalus assisted with ventriculoscope. Methods Nursing co-operation in ventriculoperitoneal shunt assisted with ventrieuloscope for 33 patients with hydrocephalus from Dec 2003 to Dec 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results None of the 33 patients had complication, infection or shunt obstruction within 1 to 24 months of follow-up. Conclusions Sufficient preparation of items, correct usage of ventriculoscope, and proficient co-operation were the key to successful surgery.
