摘要
气流组织是空调房间内空气的分布、流动形式,主要反映在气流的温度、湿度、气流速度和清洁度等指标,是否符合行业标准规定的空调房间的要求。气流组织可以通过数值计算理论、计算机仿真技术给予实现。论文以一个典型的变风量中央空调房间为研究基础,以该房间内的送、回风口边界面为研究实例,通过分析悬浮在房间立体内的送、回风口的数值仿真方法,运用实体造型技术,设计出在房间立体与悬浮边界面之间的拓扑关系,使两者成为一体。然后该处理技术经过数值仿真实例的验证证明是合理的、可行的。
Airstream distribution means how is the air in a air - condition room distributed and how it flows. It is represented by some guidelines such as the temperature, humidity, flow speed and cleanliness of the airflow in a air -condition room. These guidelines are checked by an industrial standard. Airstream distribution can be realized by numerical calculation theory and computer simulation technique. This paper researches how to simulate suspending blowing inlets and a vent outlet in a air - condition room. The inlets and outlet are important boundary plane in the airflow numerical simulation. This paper utilizes geometry computing technique, and designs some topology relationship between the suspending boundary plane and the three dimensional calculation region. As a result, the numerical simulation for suspending boundary plane can be realized. At last the handling method for suspending boundary plane is proved to be reasonable and feasible by a practical example of numerical simulation for airstream distribution.
