摘要
本文主要探讨了温度、湿度、水和应力四个环境因素对基体和纤维的影响。在腐蚀动力学方程和Wieder-horn经验公式的基础上,结合橡胶弹性理论、自由体积膨胀理论和应力松弛等基础理论,以及阿累尼乌斯规律和Fick扩散定律,较系统地解释了温度、湿度、水和应力四个环境因素对高聚物及其复合材料的腐蚀作用规律。通过理论计算得到环氧乙烯基聚酯树脂的溶度参数和与溶剂水的相互作用参数;通过试验得到复合材料的湿度影响因子和溶剂化作用影响因子。认为环境对复合材料物理腐蚀是各因素对材料的松弛时间的影响。在此基础上,建立了温度、湿度、水和应力四因素的腐蚀寿命经验模型。
This paper mainly talks about effect of four environmental factors including temperature ,humidity, water and stress on matrix and fiber, and systematically explains the laws of corrosion function by temperature , humidity, water and stress for high polymers and their composites on the basis of Kinetic Equations of Corrosion and Wiederhom Empirical Formula combined with the Rubber Elasticity Theory, Free Volume Expansion Theory, Stress Relaxation Theory, Arrhenins Laws and Fick Proliferation Laws. Solubility parameter and the parameter of interaction with solvent water of epoxy vinyl ester resin are got by theoretical calculation, and the effect factors of composite humidity and solvent interaction are got. Composite physical corrosion under the environment is considered as the effect of all factors on relaxation time of polymers and their composites, on the basis of which, empirical model of corrosion life about four factors about temperature, humidity, water and stress is built.
