摘要
信息标准规范是制造业信息化的基础。文章采用粒度结构分析方法构建了基于粒度结构的制造信息资源组织模型。在该模型基础上,通过分析制造信息资源基于元数据的表达技术和多因素约束下的编码实现技术,采用面向对象的编码结构方案实现了制造信息资源表达方式的柔性统一。最后通过材料编码对所构建的模型进行了实例化。实践表明,制造信息资源粒度结构分析与编码技术能够很好地实现信息资源组织的规范化,为全生命周期产品研制模式下的信息资源规划提供了有效的手段。
Aim. In our opinion, past research^[1-5] suffers from the shortcoming that no effective system is provided for organizing what we call manufacturing information resource (MIR), thus making the utilization of MIR inefficient. We now present our research results on an effective system based on granularity-structure (GS) and on how to utilize this system to achieve effective utilization of MIR. In the full paper, we explain in detail our effective method for organizing and utilizing MIR; in this abstract, we just add some pertinent remarks to listing the three topics of explanation: (1) the analysis of GS, (2) the expressing of MIR by metadata, and (3) the MIR coding realization technique ; in topic 1, with the help of Fig. 1 in the full paper, we explain that GS's domain is expandable and that objects can be decomposed; also in topic 1, with the help of Figs. 2,3,4,5, we explain how to use GS to obtain MIR's objects and their characteristics and to organize the characteristics; in topic 2, with the help of Fig. 6, we explain that the multidimensional structure has three characteristics —— key, general and composite; also in topic 2, with the help of Fig. 7, we explain how to express MIR in terms of metadata; in topic 3, we explain that the coding model we establish has objective layer and restraint layer and explain, that certain relationships existing among objectives and restraints are determined; also in topic 3, we explain how to obtain the object-oriented coding model to achieve unification with flexibility; still in topic 3, we explain how to apply our effective method to organizing and utilizing MIR. Two users have found our effective method to have given satisfactory performance.
