摘要
采用自体阔筋膜作生物袢治疗下肢深静脉倒流性疾病102例，共102条下肢，随访6～30个月，疗效优良者占94％，有效率为100％、而行传统X线检查，是此种治疗方法必不可少的可靠手段，尤其提出了判断疗效的X线征象。作者认为，是一种值得推广的方法。
102 cases lower - extremity with deep venous reflux disease were treated with biological loop of autogenous fascia;All cases were postexaminated in 6 to 30 months. The rates of efficient and excellent of the treatment were 100% and 94% respectively. The authors considerd the angiography of lower extremity veins be necessary and dependable examination method to this treatment. The radiological signs of identifying the treatment effectiveness are suggested here especially. We think that the autogenous biological loop treatment is a valueable technique to deep venous reflux disease of lower-extremity and could be spreaded widely.
