摘要
目的研究控制阜阳市人民医院前列腺增生病人住院费用增长的途径。方法分析医疗体制改革前后6年间收治的470例前列腺增生病人住院费用的构成、变动及影响因素。结果前列腺增生病人的住院费用的影响因素有:药品价格、患者付款方式、住院天数、年龄、术前待床日等。结论控制住院费用增长的途径:缩短病人住院日、减少术前待床日、降低药品价格、做好老龄人口的保健工作。
Objective To find the way of controlling the increase of the expenses. Methods We analyzed 470 cases of the patients with hyperplasia of prostate, from the construction, changes and the factors that influence the construction and changes of expenses of inpatients with hyperplasia of prostate. Result The factors that influence the expenses of the inpatients with hyperplasia of prostate are： the price of the drugs, the patterns of the payment, days staying in the hospital, ages, the days waiting for the operations. Conclusion The way of controlling the increase of the expenses： deducing the days of staying in the hospital, and those waiting for the operations, lowering the price of the drugs, doing and spreading the health promotion for the senior.
