Study on the position of glenoid position in subjects with different saggital skeletal features

摘要 目的:探讨不同矢状骨面型患者颞下颌关节窝的位置。方法:对120例安氏I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类骨面型患者治疗前的头颅侧位片进行X线头影测量及统计分析,在周围的骨结构中估计颞下颌关节窝的位置。结果:骨性安氏Ⅱ类错T-Fs'和T-Ar'距离比骨性安氏III类错距离长。结论:安氏Ⅱ类错患者TMJ位置(水平距离从T点到Ar'和到Fs')比安氏Ⅲ类错患者靠后。 To investigate the position of the glenoid fossa in different sagittal skeletal features. Method: A cephalometric study was carried out on a sample of 120 subjects who were combined to form three groups (40 subjects each) according to skeletal saggital relationships before treatment.All data were analysed with SPSS 10.0 software. cephalometric analysis sagittal measurements for the accesment of the position of the glenoid fossa in relation to surrounding skeletal structures. Result: The comparisons among the three groups revealed significantly larger distances T-Fs' and T-Ar' in skeletal Class II when compared with skeletal Class III. Conclusion: TMJ position (horizontal distances from T to Ar' and to Fs')was more posterior in skeletal class II when compared with skeletal class III.
