摘要
本文以构建社会主义和谐社会为大前提,围绕构建平安和谐的石油企业矿区与推动石油企业健康发展的关系,结合石油企业驻地相对分散、远离城市中心区域、生产环境多在野外、员工成份较为复杂等有别于其它行业的显著特点,通过沈阳工程技术处扎实构建沈阳油田矿区的工作实践,并在促进企业健康发展中取得的显著成果,分别从营造企业与企业的和谐、企业与人的和谐、企业与环境的和谐三个方面,论述了其(构建平安和谐的石油矿区)与石油企业健康发展的必然联系和由此(构建平安和谐的石油矿区)所产生的经济、社会效应。
The paper, taking the building of harmonious society of socialism as the major promise, centering on the relation between constructing a safe and harmonious base and promoting corporations develop healthily, combining the prominent trait which is different from other trades, such as the base of petroleum corporations are diffused relatively and are far from the center of cities, most of the working places are in outdoors, the component of workers is complex, via the working practice of Shenyang Engineering Technology Department to build Shenyang Oil Field Base and the prominent success in promoting the corporation develop healthily, discusses the necessary relation between building a safe and harmonious base and developing petroleum corporations healthily, and the economic and social effects generated from building a safe and harmonious base in three separate part that the harmony between corporations and corporations, the harmony between corporations and human beings, the harmony between corporations and environment.
