摘要
目的:探讨升陷汤对心肌缺血作用的机制。方法:以盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)所致大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型为研究对象,运用放免等方法,检测模型鼠血清NO、内皮素含量及心肌组织匀浆MDA含量和SOD活力。结果:(1)升陷汤有抗心肌缺血的作用;(2)升陷汤能够显著上调缺血损伤大鼠血清NO水平及降低血浆ET水平;(3)升陷汤能够显著抑制心肌细胞发生脂质过氧化,并显著减轻心肌损伤的程度。结论:升陷汤能改善内皮依赖性血管舒张功能障碍,抑制细胞氧自由基的产生,提高耐缺血、缺氧的能力。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the action of Shengxian decoction on the anoxemia of cardiac muscle. METHODS The myocardial ischemia model rats with isoprenaline was used. By means of radioimmunoassay, we examined the content of ET and NO in serum, and the activity of SOD and the content of MDA of cardiac muscle in rats. RESULTS The experiment expressed that Shengxian decoction could promote the consistency of NO, and lower the content of ET in serum. The control group's activities of SOD were much more higher, while the level of MDA was lower than the model group. Shengxian decoction could protect against myocardial ischemia. CONCLUSION Shengxian decoction could improve myocytes endothelium in rats, protect myocytes from oxidative stress damage, and improve the ability to endure anoxemia.
