摘要
本文运用网络数据动态交换技术,及多媒体图文管理技术,开发建立了一个基于医院局域网通讯的医疗设备采购及合同管理平台。系统采用基于.NET技术设计的多层B/S结构,有效地实现了医疗设备采购环节中的从科室申报、设备委员会审核、供应商资格审查、合同图文查询、合同执行监控等信息动态管理。
To advance hospital equipment purchase contract information management, standardize hospital medical equipment purchase, this article utilizes the network data dynamic exchange technology and the multimedia management technology and develops a medical equipment purchase contract management platform based on LAN communication of the hospital. The system adopts multilayered B/S structure designed by . NET technology to realize the whole hospital medical equipment purchase management ：purchase application, Equipment Committee verification, the suppliers qualifications examination, contract information dynamic management, etc.
