摘要
利用正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了樟树叶棕黑色色素的最佳提取条件及其提取率。结果表明,用1∶150(g/ml)的pH13．0 NaOH溶液,在100℃恒温浸提45min,提取效率较好;该法提取率为72．2%。
The optimum extraction conditions and production rate of Cinnmonum camphora dark red pigment were established with orthogonal test I9（3^4） and Duncan method. The results of the experiment showed that the optimum extracting conditions are pill3.0 NaOH solution at 100℃ for 45min with the solid-liquid ratio l：150（g/ml）. The productivity is 72.2%.
