摘要
介绍了草楼铁矿初步设计推荐的采矿方法和该矿拟采用的采矿方法,对垂直矿体走向的分段矿房和VCR法进行了经济技术比较,在安全性、采矿成本、采切工程、采场准备速度和回收率方面后者明显优越于前者;在凿岩、装药、爆破和出矿方面VCR法存在着尚需进一步解决的问题。建议选择VCR法回采。同时就存在的主要问题提出了改进建议。
The paper describes the mining method recommended in the preliminary design for Caolou Iron Mine and the one the mine plans to use, and compares the sublevel chamber mining that is vertical to the orebody strike and VCR (vertical crater retreat) method from both technology and economics. It is found that the latter is superior to the former in safety, mining cost, mining engineering and stope preparation but has some problems to be solved in drilling, explosive loading, blasting and ore drawing. VCR method is proposed to be adopted, with suggestion made on its improvement.
