摘要
研究了两种适用于ＰＦＢＣ烟气轮机涡轮叶片的磁控溅射ＭＣｒＡｌＹ涂层的组织和性能．结果表明两种涂层都具有优良的抗高温氧化和抗热腐蚀性能，良好的抗急冷急热性能。
Two overlay coatings prepared by magnetron sputtering for turbine blades used in pressurized fluidized bed combustors (PFBC) were investigated. The results indicate that the coatings have excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation and hot corrosion and have good thermal fatigue performance. The binding strength between the coating and the substrate is greater than 75 MPa.
