厚壁直缝钢管五丝埋弧焊工艺的开发与应用

摘要 基于厚壁直缝焊管生产的需要,开发了五丝埋弧焊焊接工艺。论述了五丝埋弧焊原理及特点,确定了焊接电源配置方式、焊丝空间排布方法、各焊丝直径大小的组合、焊剂品种的选用以及焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度等工艺参数。生产实践表明,所制定的五丝埋弧焊焊接工艺是成功有效的。 The technology that five-electrode submerged arc weld technology has been developed for the use of production of LSAW steel pipe with large wall thickness.Both characteristics and principle which are associated with five-electrode submerged arc weld technology have been discussed in this paper,and it has been made sure that the parameters such as the supply method of electrical source,the laying arrangement for each of the five-electrode,the diameter of welding wire and the variety of flux,as well as the current and velocity during the progress of five-electrode submerged arc welding.As a result of it,the design method supported by this technology is feasible for the real production of the LSAW steel pipe with large wall thickness.
