摘要
本文对金刚石圆锯片的多层结构节块所用的新型无钴多元合金结合剂的机械性能进行了试验研究,分析了烧结温度、烧结时间和成型压力对烧结体的硬度、抗弯强度和冲击韧度的影响规律。结果表明,烧结温度的变化是影响坯体机械性能的主要因素。
This paper investigated the mechanical properties of new metal bond ofCo-free suitable for multilayer diamond saw segments, analyzed the influence of sinteringtemperature, sintering time, forming pressure and density on the hardness, bendingstrength and impact resistance of the sintered segments by orthogonal trial, It indicated thatsintering temperature and density are the main factors affecting the mechanical properties ofsintered compacts.
