摘要
目的建立用HPLC法测定异烟肼注射液含量的方法。方法HPLC法,采用Hypersil BDS C18柱,以乙腈-0.075mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(体积比5:95)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长262nm。结果异烟肼在9.90~99.00μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.3%(RSD=1.0%)。结论本法操作简便,快速准确,重复性好,可作为本品质量控制方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of isoniazid in isoniazid injection. Method Samples were analyzed on an Hypersil BDS C18 column using acetonitrile-0.075 mol · L^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate (5:95 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1 and the detection wavelength 262 nm. Results There was a good linearity for isoniazid in the range of 9.90 -99.00 μg · mL^-1( r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.3% with RSD 1.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the quality control of isoniazid injection.
