摘要
对压铸铝合金进行低温时效,在最佳工艺条件下,合金的平均拉伸强度提高10%以上,布氏硬度提高30%以上。还利用扫描电镜研究了热处理过程中合金组织的变化,分析了合金性能提高的原因。
Low temperature aging for die casting Al alloy under appropriate technological condition can increase average strength and Brinell hardness more than 10% and 30% respectively. By means of this treatment it is possible to aviod deformation and bulge casting defects in solid solution treatment at high temperature as well as to increase mechanical properties for die casting. Microstructure observations during the period of aging treatment by SEM have been examined.
