摘要
莲子种皮透水性极差,自然萌芽时间长,应用不便,必须进行人工催芽.试验结果表明,经98%H2SO4浸种2 h能有效促进种子的吸水.酸蚀2 h后的莲种子再经300 GA3+10 6-BA和300 GA3+15 6-BA两组外源激素浸种24 h,促进萌发效果最好.处理后发芽率分别为83.33%和80.67%,与对照相比发芽率、发芽势都达到了极显著水平.单独GA3处理与对照相比效果明显,但效果不如上述两组处理.单独6-BA处理与对照相比效果不明显.
Lotus seed has badly property for water permeating. Natural germination is the course of long time and inconvenience. So we have to make accelerating germination. The test results indicate: it can greatly stimulate the seeds drinking if they are dipped in 98 % H2SO4 ahead for 2 h. After being corroded and then treated with 300 GA3+10 6-BA and 300 GA3+15 6-BA for 24 h, it has the best effect on stimulating germination. The germination rate has respectively reached 83.33 % and 80.67 %. Germination rate、germination vigor、bud index and simple vigor index have achieved the extremely remarkable level. The effect is obvious separately dipped in GA3, but it isn't as good as 300 GA3+10 6-BA and 300 GA3+15 6-BA. The effect is not obvious separately dipped in 6-BA.
