摘要
研究了微量稀土Y2O3及烧结温度对WC-8Ni硬质合金的物理机械性能的影响。实验结果表明,适量稀土可使WC-8Ni合金的抗弯强度、耐磨性及耐碱蚀性显著提高,烧结温度降低。利用扫描电镜等分析手段对不同温度的未加稀土与加入稀土的WC-8Ni合金进行了显微分析比较,得出了较好的工艺条件。
The influences of minor rare-earth oxide (Y_2O_3) and sintering temperature on the physical and mechanical properties of WC-8Ni cemented carbide have been studied. The results show that the bending strength, wear-resistance and corrosion resistance are greatly increased, and the sintering temperature can be decreased. The microstructures of both the WC-8Ni alloy and the WC-8Ni alloys containing the rare earth were analysed and compared each other by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Better technical conditions have been obtained according to the SEM results. The action of rare earth on WC-8Ni alloy is also discussed in detail.
