20MoG高压锅炉管的研制

摘要 简要介绍了国内外锅炉用钢情况,以及研制20MoG高压锅炉管的技术关键,钢管的化学成分设计及生产工艺。检验结果表明,该锅炉管组织、性能、尺寸精度及表面质量均达到试制协议和ASMESA209-92技术条件要求,可用于制造300MW、600MW发电机组的亚临界、超临界锅炉水冷壁、省煤器、低温过热器和中温再热器。 The author describes the general situation about production of boiler service steel both at home and abroad and the critical technical points concerning development of 2OMoG hipressure boiler tubes, including determination of chemical composition and manufacture process of the tube. Relevant inspections show that the structure, properties, geometric accuracy and surface quality of the boiler tube are all up to the requirements specified in the pilot production agreement and ASME SA2O9-92 specification. The tube is applicable to making water-cooled panel, coal saver, low-temperature overheater and medium-temperature reheater of the subcritical and super critical boiler used in the 300 MW and 600 MW power generation units.
