摘要 频率是决定测量仪表或控制系统性能的基本参量之一,为了提高频率测量方法的精度和效能,介绍了利用DSP进行脉冲频率测量的方法,并用TMS320VC5416实现了这一方法。经过多组试验数据表明,利用DSP能够进行频率测量,并有很高的测频精度和可靠性,运算速度更能达到160/120MIPS,是一种值得推广的测频方法。 The performance of measuring instrument or the control system is decided by the frequency which is the basic parameter. In order to enhance the precision and the potency of frequency measurement, the method of pulse frequency measure carried by DSP was introduced and TMS320VC5416 was used to carry out this method. The data was made by many sets of experiments to get express that: making use of DSP not only could carry on the frequency measure, but also have very high measure accuracy and credibility frequency, operating speed could even attain 160/120 MIPS. This was a kind of deserve expand method to the frequency measure.
