摘要
建立了测定食品中有机氯农药残留的气相色谱法。样品采用石油醚直接超声处理,在离心管中进行硫酸净化。α-666,γ-666、β-666、δ-666、p,p'-DDE、o,p'-DDT、p,p'-DDD、p,p'-DDT混合标准溶液各组分浓度为0.20~0.002μg/mL时,线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,RSD为2.92%~4.93%,回收率为86.1%~102.1%,检出限分别为0.0010、0.0015、0.0029、0.0021、0.0030、0.0078、0.0062、0.0066mg/kg。
A method for determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in food by gas chromatography was established. Samples were ultrasonic extracted with organic solvents, purified with sulfuric acid and injected. The pesticide residues were calculated by external standard method with electron capture detector. An excellent linear relation between the peak area and concentration of mixed standard solution was in th range of 0.002 - 0.2 μg/mL, the correlation cofficients were more than 0.999. The average recoveries ranged from 86.1% to 102.1% at one spiked mixed organochlorine pesticide levels and the RSDs ranged from 2.92% to 4.93%. The detection limits were 0. 0010、0. 0015、0.002 9、0. 0021、0. 003 0、0.007 8、0. 0062、0. 006 6 mg/kg for α-666,β-666,γ-666,δ-666, p,p'-DDE, o,p'-DDT ,p ,p '-DDD ,p ,p'-DDT repectively.
