摘要
提出了运用定性矢量与螺旋表示相结合的方法来解决复杂机械系统在三维空间中的构型设计问题。以功能转换传递元为基础,在概念设计阶段应用抽象的图形式来表示每个单元,运用定性矢量给出单元的输入输出旋量表示和空间构型特征,通过推理计算得到满足要求的构型解空间,为机械系统的空间构型设计提供一种有效的方法。
Utilizing the method of combination of qualitative vector and spiral representation has been put forward to solve the configuration designing problem of complicated mechanical system in 3D space. To express every unit with the format of abstract graph in the stage of conceptual design by taking the transmission unit of function transformation' as a base and to present the inputting and outputting screw expressions and characteristics of spatial configuration of unit by using the qualitative vector. By means of reasoning calculation to obtain the configuration solution space that satisfied the requirements, thus provided a kind of effective method for the spatial configuration design of mechanical system.
