摘要
为了研究不同运动项目对学生体质的影响,为大学生科学选取运动项目提供一定的理论依据,在选项课的基础上,按照《学生体质健康标准》(试行方案),对足球、健美操选项课学生体质测试结果进行研究分析,结果显示:足球和健美操运动对学生的体质都有良好的效果,但不同的项目之间也存在一定的差异,足球运动在提高学生的速度力量,耐力方面优于健美操运动。健美操运动在改善和提高学生心血管机能、协调性方面优于足球运动。
The purpose of this study was to study the influence of difference sports events on physical fitness of students and provide the theoretical basis for scientific selection on sports events. According to the Student Health Standard (pilot program), this paper made analysis on testing result of student's fitness in soccer and aerobics exercise class. The result showed that soccer and aerobic exercise class had good effects on student's physical fitness. However, the different sports events had certain difference on physical fitness. Soccer had better improvement on student~ speed, power and endurance than aerobic exercise, while the aerobic exercise was superior on improving student's cardiovascular function and physical coordination.
